Shipping Information:
Shipping charges are based on the content, size, weight and destination of your order. Shipping charges have already been calculated into the total cost of your order. Your receipt will itemise the total shipping charges
incurred for your order. All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Services), allow 3-8 business days for delivery. All shipping time frames are estimated.
Shipping costs for international orders are based on the content, size, weight and destination of your order. All international orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service), allow 12 - 28 days for delivery.
We are not provided with tracking numbers for international orders, they will be delivered via your local mail carrier. There is no Rush Shipping available for international orders If your order is shipped outside of the US,
you maybe charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, etc.) before delivery can be completed. The shipping charges applied to your order do not include custom fees. The customer is responsible for all for
all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your
order arrives, the shipment will be returned. We are unable to estimate customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. The delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a
reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that
could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs charges in your country before you order. Due to International shipping law/practices, we are unable to declare
merchandise as Gift on customs forms.
The total cost of the order may be higher on international shipments, than US Domestic, due to the higher costs associated with shipping charges.
How Do I Know That My Order Has Been Shipped?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation detailing this information.
Taxes?
Sales tax is automatically included in your order in accordance with individual state regulations if your shipping address is in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY,
PA, TX, VA, WA or the District of Columbia. Sales tax is automatically included in your order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, shipping and handling charges, in accordance with individual state
regulations if your shipping address is in one of the following states: CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, NC, PA, TX, VA, WA or the District of Columbia. If you have a product delivered to you in a US
State that has sales tax, your invoice will detail the tax paid.
Payment Methods/Ordering?
You can place an order through the mail by using a money order, personal check, cashiers check, business check. Note for payments by personal check, allow 7-10 business days additional for the check to clear your
bank.

All payments must be made in United States Dollars (USD).There will be a $25 processing fee for each returned check due to insufficient funds. We do not accept payment made via COD. We will be accepting credit
cards / debit cards through a secure server online in the near future. Keep checking back with us regarding an update on this issue.
Returns and Exchanges?
Merchandise which has been damaged in transit is fully refundable within 30 days of shipment, as long as the damaged merchandise is returned to Wallaby Friends. In all cases when returning damaged merchandise,
exact shipping cost for returning the product will also be refunded. Please contact Wallaby Friends for further details. All other sales are non-refundable. Please ensure to enter your shipping address correctly. All
parcels returned to Wallaby Friends deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address will be subject to additional fees. Should you wish to exchange for any reason, you will need to supply your name, order number
and specific request. You may exchange to another product/s of similar value or obtain a store credit for any unused funds owed to you. Product changes are subject to any difference in pricing. You will be charged the
shipping to return the product back to us. Please email Wallaby Friends regarding any issues you have with wanting to exchange a product.
What if my product is lost in the mail?
We cannot issue refunds for items not received by our returns department. We recommend that you use a traceable ship method to ensure successful delivery, however this will result in a pricing increase to your
shipment, contact admin@wallabyfriends.com prior to making payment to determine final cost of your shipment. Postage for returns are paid by you and are non-refundable. If there is a problem with your order, please
e-mail us at admin@wallabyfriends.com.
Pen-Pal Procedures?
Please print and complete (in full) the following FORMS, in order for your application to be considered for the 'Wallaby Friends Classroom Pen-Pal Program'
1.) School Application Contract - School Principle / Teacher to complete.
2.) Parent / Legal Guardian Consent & Kid's Application Form - Child's parent/guardian to complete. Wallaby Friends Pen Pal Consent; Application Form - available upon request.
For Parent/Legal Guardian and Application Form/s print out one of each form for each student that will be enrolled in the program. For example, if 20 students are to be enrolled in the program, then 20 'Parent/Legal
Guardian Consent & amp; Kid's Application Forms' must be completed.

Applications could take 1 to 5 weeks to be fully processed upon receipt of all required information.
Payment can be made from the school and/or parent / legal guardian/s directly. There is no minimum number of applications per classroom, Wallaby's requirement is only that all applications and payment per
classroom be submitted in one 'package' to ensure efficient processing by our Wallaby Friends staff member.
School Teacher / Organization Rep., will be notified via email once application has been approved and a match for their school (or club/organization) has been met.
Once approved, your 'package' (all student letters) is to be mailed to our mailing address, upon which our 'Wallaby Friends' staff member will send to corresponding 'nominated' exchange school. This is to ensure
